    Sleeping

Sleeping remains to be something that appears to have changed.

Since a baby, I’ve been a solid sleeper and now, I awake often.  Not like me.  Things on my mind, yes.  But nothing that should be keeping me awake at all. So I do beleive hormonal impact from the therapy may be playing a factor in this happening.    I’ve been just getting up and out of bed to get things done.  At least be productive is what I say to myself…and heck, I can drop productivity for naps to catch up.

Gotta wing it and make it work for you!  PS.  If you start getting emails in the middle of the night, don’t think anything is wrong.
