    Our one month mark

This site has been up for one month now and I can’t imagine what the past 4 weeks would have been without it. It’s been exactly what I envisioned as an easy way to keep everyone updated and keeping everyone in the loop.

For me, all the comments and “quiet followers” have produced the most wonderfully impactful powerful support! Each day, emails, cards, prayers and the comments come directly to me…each one graces me, each one as a blessing. Just priceless and I just had to share how much a difference it has made!

You all collectively have shown the power you have to turn my mood around, lift my energy level, make me “not lose me” and get my veins to perform perfectly! An amazing grace from here and above.

Most importantly, to the many out there that have told me in other ways that it’s tough to post comments, that’s OK :). – I know you are out there cheering me on! —or feel free to use an anonymous name and only I can see the email address if you want me to know who it is :)

    Hugs to you all!!

You sound more like yourself today! Hope yesterday’s “Brighter Day Start” continued through your day and you are moving forward in your recovery emotionally as well as physically. One step at a time and as Dori in Finding Nemo says … “just keep swimming, just keep swimming”

I’m glad the website has given you just what you need. You’ve given all of us every tidbit of information on you so we have been able to cheer, sigh, cry, and laugh along the way. Keep the strength, and don’t lose your smile, your edge and your honesty.

Keep up the good work. You are doing great and are an inspiration to all those in a similar position. I’m sure it wont be long before you regain some strength and are able to get out and about. Feel the love coming your way.

I am just glad (as I am sure Pete & Anne above are too) that technology can still keep us all so close together when we are thousands of miles apart.
It has been a blessing for us to be kept well informed and it reduces the worry of bothering you or Bruce for an update.
The bonus is that it helps you more than any of us so keep up the good work everyone!

    • Sue says:

I am so happy you are on your way to recovery, Sue! I had heard recently from Cathy and am so proud of your positive spirit and am wishing you a speedy recovery.
As an fyi, I am on the committee with Pepsi for the breast cancer walk and will work extra hard in your honor to raise funding for the cause.
Thinking of you…keep your strength and positive thoughts flowing!
